Island Grill is an incredible Mediterranean grill & Houston bistro serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. On most days, a guy named Faysal will greet you and take your order. He makes it a point to get to know all of his customers, a majority of whom live and work in the Tanglewood area where Island Grill is located. All food is prepared with the utmost care and quality. Though it may cost more to use extra virgin olive oil, no expense is spared in the quality of our food and beverages. No other cooking oil is good enough for Faysal's customers. The only deli sliced meat is Boar's Head. If you want a cheap chicken pita prepared then you need to go down the street. You may pay an extra buck or so for a pita, but you will find it is well worth it. Most people who try the Island Grill Houston bistro return. Try us and you will see why.
